Golang Job: Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the company:

They have built one of the most iconic online marketplaces that has millions of users and handles up to a billion requests per day.

The project:

They are after a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to uplift their observability capabilities and help it scale. You'll be focused on making improvements to my client's platform by utilising metrics and bespoke dashboards to identify where performance can be optimised.

The requirements:

• AWS
• Kubernetes
• IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation or CDK)
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with o11y tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc)
• Experience with Golang, C#, Java, Ruby, PHP, Python or another object oriented programming language

Bonus skills:

• Prior experience as an SRE
• Retail experience
